007 AT 50 BEGINS IN HOLLYWOOD

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of James Bond, the American Cinematheque in Los Angeles has planned to show 35mm prints of every film in the series in order this June- Dr No (June 8th) to Quantum of Solace (June 24th). Although some titles periodically show up at revival theaters, this will be a rare chance to see most of these classics on a big screen. I hope to catch some of the lesser-known Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton films. There are also guest actors and directors scheduled to appear.
