PEEL TRIDENT

Happy weekend, Spy Vibers! If the open road is calling, try peeling out in this space-age Peel Trident! These three-wheelers were manufactured by the Peel Engineering Company on the Isle of Man between 1965-1966, and sported an upgrade to their earlier Peel 50 models- the Trident now apparently had room for TWO on its 31-inch seat (two seats optional). Those were days! These beauties had a flip-top (I think George Jetson would have approved), and the three-speed manual drive got you around town at 4.2 hp. Apparently one could also get a detachable shopping basket as an extra option. Okay, that's just cute. I'm already picking out names. Learn more at Peel Engineering.
