THE PRISONER ART EDITION

Upcoming release: Jack Kirby: The Prisoner Original Art Edition. Spy Vibe announced this upcoming book a while back, but I want to make sure Spy Vibers don't let it slip off their radar. After all, it's been an amazing six months of Prisoner 50th anniversary releases and events! Coming this July, Titan Books will publish a hardcover edition collecting Jack Kirby and Gil Kane's rare art for a Prisoner comic project. From the press release: "Drawn by two of the true great comic book legends, Jack Kirby and Gil Kane, this is a facsimile collection of a ”long-lost,” unpublished legendary comic book based on the cult classic 1967 British TV show, The Prisoner. The amazing series was co-created, written, and directed by the star, Patrick McGoohan (Scanners, Braveheart).
