NEW BEATLES FASHION

Pretty Green, the fashion company created by Liam Gallagher (Oasis) in 2009 has launched a new range of menswear in collaboration with The Beatles to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Gallagher's company drew inspiration for the collection from iconic Mod and psychedelic fashion, as well as from historic outfits The Beatles wore. The new line features classic parkas, high-button jackets, epaulettes, vintage military-style brocade, paisley, and assorted 1960s and Beatles-related patches -all inspired by the music and artwork of Sgt. Pepper's. The range also includes unique, hand-drawn prints that were digitally printed in house. You can learn more about the collection, the era, and The Beatles album at Pretty Green. Clothes are also available at The Beatles Shop. Sample images below. Oasis was well-known for inserting Beatles references into their songs. And brother Liam's reverence for the Fabs has run so deep, he has used audio clips of John in his own work- and he named his own son "Lennon".
