SPECTRE ADVANCED POSTER

A new advanced poster was released today for the upcoming James Bond film, SPECTRE. As the previous posters referenced On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Live and Let Die, the new design continues to mine familiar 007 territory. In a nod to Goldfinger, Daniel Craig is shown in an almost vintage-Bond pose designed around white dinner jacket, red carnation, and pistol. Perhaps the new chapters of the franchise are finally moving closer to classic Bond as far as iconography and vintage elements are concerned. The new score will also include phrases from On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Thunderball. Also of note is the Mexican Day of the Dead imagery behind Craig, which harkens back to the voodoo references in Live and Let Die artwork. Very much looking forward to seeing more graphics leading up to the film's release in the US on November 6th.
