CAPTAIN SCARLET BOX

New release: UK distributor Network has announced the exciting upcoming release of the final volume in their series of remastered Blu-ray discs of Gerry Anderson's classic sci-spy adventure, Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. This volume 4 set comes in a cool box to house all 4 Blu-ray discs (sold separately), a set of ten art cards featuring Ron Embleton's memorable end credit paintings, a new comic featuring new cover art from Mike Noble and Lee Sullivan (also featured in a separate poster), and a bonus disc featuring a wealth of new and archive material. Included in the bonus features is Retrometabolism: The Story of Captain Scarlet- a brand-new documentary featuring exclusive and previously unseen footage – and unheard archive audio – that delves into the history of this Supermarionation classic. With its eye-popping Mod fashion and set designs, sci-spies and saboteurs, and late-60s dark tone, I highly recommend Captain Scarlet to Spy Vibers. More info at Network. Network has also announced their next Gerry Anderson Blu-ray project- Joe 90! More soon. Enjoy!
